Week-Long 3D Printing Class (For Youth Going Into Grades 5-12)

A week-long course that includes:

  • 10 hours of project-based instruction with a manufacturing engineer

  • Monday-Friday, 2 hours per day, in Vineyard, UT

  • Engineering principles and concepts related to projects are explained

  • Hands-on experience with FDM and SLA printers

  • Various other industrial types of 3D printing explained

  • Multiple take-home 3D printed projects

  • Hands-on experience with CAD software

  • Hands-on experience with slicer software

  • Experience with scanning 3D objects and 3D printing them

  • Design considerations with 3D printer types
